Movement For Adults

Parkour is not just for the young. It can be a great way to stay active and mobile as you age. Our parkour students range from their early 20s, all the way through their late 60s, and everywhere in between.

All Are Welcome

You do not need to be in any particular shape to get started. Many of our students use parkour to GET in shape, all while learning valuable mobility skills.

Class Options & Times

Check out Parkour (ages 15+) on our class schedule. Don’t fret, it’s mostly [if not all] adults! Current days:

Mondays: 6pm - 7pm
Wednesdays:
7pm -8pm

However, you are more than welcome to join ANY Beginner Parkour I or II class.

Additionally, Open Gym is a great time to just explore the gym and get a few pointers from our coaches.
