Parkour

Ages 3+ Jr. Parkour Classes
Ages 8+ Beginner Parkour Classes
Ages 18+ Adult Classes

Most students start with any Beginner Parkour I class. Classes have a movement focus of the day and offer self-paced, structured lessons.

Drop-ins welcome. Reservations encouraged as we do hit max capacity. Check our class schedule for available spaces before coming in!

Class Level System

🌱 Beginner → ⚡ Intermediate → 🔥 Advanced

Each stage includes two levels, giving students 6 total levels to achieve as they advance through the program.

Open Gym

With Open Gym options for Ages 5+, Ages 8+, and Ages 13+, there's a time for everyone to train, explore, and have fun.

Be sure to check our online schedule for specific age requirements and availability.

Open Gym gives students the freedom to practice skills, work on personal goals, and explore the gym at their own pace. Instructors are always present to supervise, ensure safety, and provide helpful tips and guidance when needed.

Whether you're perfecting a skill, preparing for the next level, or simply looking for an active way to spend your time, Open Gym is a great opportunity to keep moving and improving.

Flips (ages 8+)

Flips classes explore acrobatic movement that complements and enhances parkour skills, helping students build body awareness, coordination, power, and confidence in the air.

🌱 Beginner Flips

Open to both new and existing students.

Students learn the fundamentals of flipping and aerial movement, including basic front, side, and back rotations while developing safe technique and body control.

Intermediate Flips

For students ready to progress beyond the basics.

This class builds on foundational rotations with more challenging variations, increased strength development, advanced drills, and more complex flipping skills.

Students may join Intermediate Flips classes by progressing through demonstration of Beginner Flips Basics or by instructor invitation.

Jr. Parkour (ages 5-7)

Our Little Ninjas program is designed specifically for younger students who are ready to build confidence, coordination, and movement skills through fun and engaging activities.

Jr. Parkour operates as a seasonal enrollment program, allowing students to learn and grow alongside the same group of friends each week. Classes combine age-appropriate parkour instruction with games, obstacle courses, and challenges that keep kids active and excited to learn.

Through climbing, jumping, balancing, and problem-solving, students develop physical skills while building confidence, focus, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
