Parkour Classes
Ages 8-65.
Our most popular class options are for students ages 8 and up. Explore efficient movement skills in a dynamic environment with skilled coaches.
Students start with any Beginner Parkour I class. Classes have a movement focus of the day and offer self-paced, structured lessons.
Drop-ins welcome. Reservations encouraged as we do hit max capacity. Check our class schedule for available spaces before coming in!
Class Level System
Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced
Each bracket includes two levels (1 & 2) — giving students 6 total levels to progress through.

Open Gym
Ages 10+ (*or ages 8+)
Open Gym offers time for students to work on their own moves at their own pace. Instructors are present to supervise and offer tips.
*Students ages 8-11 may attend as long as they are actively participating in classes or are attended with an adult.
We may also some ages 2+ Open Gyms depending on the season.
Flips!
Flips explore other movement to enhance parkour skills.
Beginner Flips classes are for any new and existing students. Focuses on basic front, side, and back rotations.
Intermediate Flips is focused on challenging the basic rotations, adding strength and more complex flips.
Higher level classes may be joined by leveling up through our class system or by instructor invite.
Jr. Parkour
Ages 5 - 7
Jr. Parkour is a class series. Our little ninjas join the same group each week to work on movement skills through lessons and games.
