Seasonal Class Make-ups

This policy applies to Homeschool, Parkour + Games, Jr. Parkour, and other seasonal classes where students enroll in a weekly class for a set session (typically 10 weeks).

Make-Up Guidelines

  • Students may make up up to 2 missed classes per season.

  • Make-ups must be used during the same season they were missed and cannot be carried over to future sessions.

  • Make-ups are not guaranteed, as classes may already be full. However, we will do our best to accommodate an occasional make-up even if a class is at capacity.

How to Schedule a Make-Up

Please email us or speak with our front desk to schedule a make-up. We’ll confirm availability in a class that works for you.

Optional Make-Up

If age-appropriate, a missed class may also be made up during one of our Open Gym time slots.

Membership Make-Ups

Memberships include a set number of classes per week. Your membership week begins on the day you purchase, and your weekly period can be viewed in your account.

How Make-Ups Work

  • If you miss a class during your membership week, the system will automatically issue a make-up credit.

  • Make-up credits must be used within 7 days.

  • After 7 days, unused make-up credits will expire.

Class Pack Reservations

Class Packs do not require make-ups, since classes are only deducted when a reservation is made.

Reservation Policy

  • If you reserve a class and do not cancel your spot, the class will still be counted as used.

  • If you reserve a class and cannot attend, please cancel your reservation at least 1 hour before class. The class credit will then be returned to your account.
