CHALLENGE AREA #1
Movement: Vaults
1 . Safety “Duck” vault, and then Reverse “Vegeta” vault
2. Kong mount “Duck” vault, spin dismount (one or two hands) straight into Lazy or Speed Lazy vault with no more than 3 steps on the floor between the two vaults.
3. Run up and tac 180 the 7’ wall (one or two feet) landing straight into a safety vault on “Duck” vault, then move straight into Kong vault. Can not take more than 3 steps between the two vaults.
4. Start on 10ft, jump and safety 12ft, spin vault 11ft, splatback the 12ft wall over the gap (cannot touch the bar) back to the 8’ wall before kong vaulting the 11ft wall. Note: Cannot take more than 2 steps between every vault performed.
5. Overgrip 12ft and kong precision 10ft wall.
6. Back against 11ft wall, jump to 12ft and 180 back to 8ft (only 1 foot can touch the 12’ wall), and kong 11ft directly to a lateral tac against the 12ft wall. Finish by landing EITHER a precision on 7ft wall (either ledge) or performing a cat on the 10ft wall (above the 7’ wall).
CHALLENGE AREA #2
Movement: Precisions & Strides
Pre beam to beam (5ft distance).
Standing on 3ft bar, jump and precision ground beam (5ft away) and immediately pre the last beam.
Jump from 3ft tall bar and precision the next bar, but to the left of the perpendicular middle bar.
Stand on the far back 8ft tall bar. Stride the side bar to pre the middle bar, pre the far bar. Then 90 degree back pre the bar (right side) before finally jumping to the 5’ wall (must precision the ledge).
Start on 8ft wall (above number “04”), pre 5ft tall bar, 90 degree pre 3ft tall bar (that's attached to 5ft wall). Then 180 pre the other 3ft tall parallel bar. Stride the next 5ft tall parallel bar and pre the far end of the 6ft tall bar.
Jump from 8ft tall wall to 7ft tall bar, take one step on the 7ft bar and then stride the whole bar set and then pre the 6ft bar. Once you land on the 6ft, you'll immediately jump and pre the 3ft tall bar.
CHALLENGE AREA #3
Movement: Walls
Muscle down side of 7ft wall, end in a cat hang.
Stand behind the bar and jump to cat on the back ledge, then cat 180 over the starting line.
Start on 7ft jump to cat 8ft, cat 180 back to 7ft (cat) then cat 180 down to 5ft (cat).
Start standing above the number 05, gate vault over the bar, (one hand on the bar, and one hand on the wall) and get into cat position on the wall. Shimmy around the corner and cat 180 to the 8ft wall, and then cat 90 to the 12ft (warped wall).
“Jackie” down 15ft wall. Shift position to a normal cat position on the 15ft (do not shimmy). Lateral drop dyno to 12ft, drop dyno and cat the 8ft, drop dyno to 5ft, then cat 180 to 7ft. Finally cat 180 to precision the 5ft wall.
1 foot on warped, run up and grab 15ft, dyno down to 12 and dyno right back up to the 15ft. Drop dyno to tiny corner of 11ft (without touching warped wall). Drop dyno down to 8ft, drop dyno to 5ft, cat 180 to 7ft, cat 180 back to 8ft, and then cat 180 and precision the 7ft wall.
CHALLENGE AREA #4
Movement: Rolls
Roll on ground in a straight line (over the shoulder).
Drop roll from 5ft and roll on the line.
Dive roll from 1st ladder 5ft away.
Start on 8ft tall wall (area 5). Plyo precision bridge (do not stop) and immediately dive roll to 8ft wall (area 4) and do not fall off (must stay on top of wall – cannot cat hang).
Start on narrow bridge, roll on bridge, stand back up on bridge. Note: cannot have any foot over the thicker ledges on either side of bridge.
Dive roll from 11ft wall (on Area 05) to 9ft wall and cat 8ft wall.
CHALLENGE AREA #5
Movement: Bars
Underbar through the window and kickstop the back wall and bring your feet back outside the window and cat it. Your hands never leave the bar. You cannot touch the sides of the window.
Start inside the window and 360 underbar out of the window. Then move towards the bar underneath bridge. Get on top of the low bar before reaching out to the taller bar. Get to the bridge in front of you (either by cat shimming over, OR underbaring straight to it).
Start on 4ft tall wall area. Using the taller bar, underbar over the second bar (do not touch it), jump up or tac up to the 8ft bar. Using only one kickstart to swing, lache and cat the 6ft wall (grabbing the bar for the cat). You must then perform a top-out onto that bar (without touching the wood walls to catch your balance). Stand completely up with control.
Start on the 8ft bridge, Safety vault the top bar, underbar through the bar window (without touching the lower bar). Drop to the ground. Run up 9ft and tac/cat 180, grab the bar. Immediately 180 lache and precision the 6ft wall (next to the small bar).
Run up and cat 180 9ft bar to lache. Front the lache, carnival (toeshoot) the lower bar. From the carnival, kickstop (both feet) side wall of the bridge and cat (without touching the ground). Without touching side walls, get on top of the bridge.
Start on 8ft bridge, jump/fall and grab the 8ft bar. 180 lache whilst switching sides of the perpendicular bar. Immediately lache UP through the bar window (corner grab the bar – one hand on top horizontal bar, one hand on side vertical bar) and shoot yourself back into a lache. 180 turn and kickstop the bridge. Upon kickstop, drop to the lower bar under the bridge and carnival (toeshoot) with control.
CHALLENGE AREA #6
Movement: Combos
Reverse vault into safety. Roll on the ground, Moonstep “Faith” (Two feet have to land at the same time on faith) go over top of “Faith’s” wall and cat down to “Goomba” blocks, precision the bar (4ft distance).
Spin then Kong mount kirby, dive roll off kirby, lateral tac faith then lateral tac 9ft slant to pre beam. Bear crawl across both the wooden beam and the bar beam. Once you get to the end of the bar beam, you will stand up.
Kong punch dive roll over kirby immediately tac up faith and cat the wall. Shimmy around the wall past bridge and stop at the end of faith, cat 180 pre small bar.
Jump from starting point and kong mount invader, immediately spin vault kirby from invader and run and tac pre faith, go to bridge and roll down it. Turn around when you get onto Qbert and cat faith, shimmy down bridge then switch sides of bridge without using your feet on Qbert, shimmy back up bridge, then top out bridge, cannot touch faith at all.
With feet starting behind the blue line, Double Kong. Tac “Faith” (1 foot only) to Dive Roll bridge, Jackie (forward ledge roll) down middle of bridge and without touching the ground. From hang, Underbar/Lache off bridge to Precision beam. Walk to end and Cat 9ft slant wall (grabbing only the sides). With only one dyno regrip allowed, Cat 180 to Precision “Faith.”
With feet starting behind the blue line, Kash 2 point. Tac to Kong “Faith” and Drop Precision the small bar. Jump as far as you can to Qbert and straight arm cat the side. Top-out where you land. Where you top-out is all the run up you get when you step onto bridge (Not passing the line on the bottom of the bridge) and Dive rolling the top ledge of “Faith”, landing on 3ft tall portion. Turn and Cat the 9ft slant and immediately Cat 180 to Cat (3ft part of “Faith”)
