CHALLENGE AREA #1
Section: Area 1
Movement: Tacs, Dynos, Shimmies
1. Rotational Tac the 6’ wall, landing past the ground line (~4 ft from the wall).
2. With both hands starting below the start/end line, pole climb to the top, touch top of wall, pole climb to the bottom until both lands are under the 4’ line marker.
3. Starting on top of Qbert, jump a 7’ gap and cat the 7’ (middle) wall.
4. Starting in a cat hang on the 8’ wall, 180 cat to the top of Qbert. Must be a precision on the edge. Heels off the side, no extra steps.
5. Starting on 10’ wall, cat the 12’ wall (cannot touch wall ledge below). Shimmy over, drop dyno to the 9’ wall. Shimmy over (if needed) and dyno up to the 11’ wall (hands cannot touch the sides of walls).
CHALLENGE AREA #2
Section: Area 2
Movement: Cats, Climb ups, Shimmies
1. Starting on top of the 4’ ledge with feet against the 5.5’ wall, climb up the 4’ wall (to the top of the 8’ platform) without using your knees on the wood. Stand up fully, turn around, and jump back down with a controlled landing (can’t sit or use hands on the top ledger to dismount).
2. Cat hang the 5.5’ wall for 5 seconds.
3. Starting with back against the wall (inside the tallest red line area of Area 02), move forward and turn vault the 7’ wall, ending in a cat hang for 3 seconds. Feet cannot touch the top of the wall.
4. Starting in cat underneath the bridge (left hand brushing up against the 5.5ft wall), shimmy across the bridge over to the window area, up the thin wall ledge, and finish with a hang onto the bar.
5. Starting on 5.5ft wall, jump to and cat the ledge that is the side of the window. Then shimmy turn all the way around the ledge until you are back in the starting position.
CHALLENGE AREA #3
Section: Area 3
Movement: Rolls
1. Roll over shoulder on ground (correct form – no somersault)
2. Roll between cones (cannot touch cones)
3. Roll over Norbert block (must exit straight, not to the side)
4. Dive roll over balance beam (cannot touch) and roll between cones (cannot touch)
5. Dive roll over mini black platform (cannot touch platform), exit into a cat hang
CHALLENGE AREA #4
Section: Area 4
Movement: Precisions
1. Pre beam to small beam (4ft distance)
2. Pre beam to small bar (5ft distance)
3. Starting on 2’ tall block, precision a beam (~5 distance, ~1.5’ drop)
4. Starting on the rail, drop precision down to lowest staircase (6ft distance, ~2’ drop)
5. Starting on the middle staircase, precision to bar at 7ft distance (4ft height)
CHALLENGE AREA #5
Section: Red Floor
Movement: Vaults
1. Safety vault kirby into safety vault Invader.
2. Perform a forward lateral tac off the angle side of Faith, land with only two steps, perform any vault over Invader vault.
3. Vault over Kirby, using only two steps on the ground between the two vaults you then vault over Invader vault. Cannot touch side faces of vaults, only the tops. Any parkour vault is allowed.
4. Moonstep Faith, gallop step middle, Kong vault (feet cannot touch side or top of vault) to 6’ drop.
5. Starting no further than the back bay door, tac faith’s 6’ wall, in one fluid motion Kong vault over the top. Feet cannot touch the top.
CHALLENGE AREA #6
Section: Area 4 + Gray Floor
Movement: Bars
1. Starting in front of Bar 2, underbar Bar 3 over the blue precision trainer (without touching it).
2. Starting against white wall, use block to go over Bar 1 to next block, then underbar Bar 2 without touching lower bar.
3. Starting on the bar touching the 5’ wall, balance until you jump to block (between the bar), gate vault Bar 2, underbar past the line marking.
4. Starting on the bar touching the 5’ wall, balance towards Bar 2 (without touching any perpendicular bars – aka Bar 1), go over the top of Bar 2. Finish with an underbar over blue precision trainer. Cannot touch blue wedge.
5. Starting on 5’ mini ledge, grab the first bar. Lache 7ft bar to bar (no more than 4 swings).
