Memberships provide a weekly allotment of classes and (free) open gyms for a monthly fee. Memberships offer discounts for longer commitments.

Memberships FAQ

Autopay

If you signed up online, autopay occurs on the same date each month. If you signed up in person, memberships autopay begins on the 1st or 15th of the month. Memberships may be started at any time and will be prorated to the next date.


What happens when my contract ends?

If you got a membership online, your membership will end after a set number of autopays. If you got a membership in person, once your contract commitment ends, your membership will continue but at a month-to-month basis (same price as you've always paid). You may then terminate any time with no termination fee.

Make-Up Classes

You have 1 week to make-up missed classes from the previous week. Additionally, if you know you won't be able to attend a week in advance, you may make-up the classes a week ahead of time.

Discounts & Perks

Becoming a member gives you discounts and perks to other services. You may read more about them at the end of our rates page.

Suspensions

Members may put their membership on hold for up to 1 month. Additional months may require a $20 hold fee. During the summers, we generally offer up to 3 month holds (between June and September) with no hold fee. Note: Suspensions may change your autopay billing date.

Membership Termination

If you need to request a termination, we require written notice. You can send us an email or complete the online form.
