Autopay
Memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month.
What happens when my contract ends?
When your contract period ends, your membership continues to bill at the same price. However, you may now terminate at any time with proper notice prior to your next billing date.
Make-Up Classes
Make up classes are automatically applied to your account. A make-up class will show on your Class Sign-up screen as an additional credit. These credits expire after 1 week.
Discounts & Perks
Becoming a member gives you discounts and perks to other services. You may read more about them at the end of our rates page.
Membership Freezes / Suspensions
Members may put their membership on hold for up to 1 month. Additional months may require a $20 hold fee.
During the summers, we generally offer up to 3 month holds (between June and September) with no hold fee.

Membership Termination
If you need to request a termination, we require written notice. You can send us an email or complete the online form.
