Membership Terms, Conditions, and Policies

 MEMBERSHIPS

  • All memberships are set up to be auto-renewing. Your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.

  • A $10 late fee may be imposed if payment is not received within 7 days of the membership billing date. There maybe be an additional $5 late fee every 3 days after the first late fee until the payment is made in full on the original unpaid autopay.

  • Memberships may not be shared between family members or friends. Memberships can be transferred to other people if desired.

  • After completion of initial contract duration (3, 6, or 12 month), memberships continue thereafter on a M2M (month-to-month) basis.

  • Upgrades and downgrades will be applied at the end of the current billing period. Downgrades will require a new contract with a new 3, 6, or 12 month duration (matching the original agreement duration)

  • If still in contract, all memberships can only be terminated with written notice. This may be done via email (recommended), website (www.pktualatin.com/terminate) or in person with a written form.

  • All memberships are terminated at next scheduled billing date. You may not back-date terminations.

  • Early termination of a 12 month contract result in a $150 cancellation fee.

 RESERVATIONS/CAPACITY/WAITLIST

  • Reserving a space in class is not required but is strongly encouraged as classes have a maximum capacity to ensure specific class sizes. See the online schedule for class sizes.

  • If you are unable to attend or reserve a class due to the class being full, you may be able to go on the waitlist. Waitlist students can attend class if a reservation is cancelled or reserved students fail to show up to class by the end of warm-ups. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in class.

  • A member may reserve a class through our website, the MindBody Online app, or via phone. If you leave a message via phone please include the name of the student, the class and time you wish to reserve, and the day.

  • If a member has reserved a class and then does not show (late cancel) then the class will still count as used for that week. You can remove your reservations online or by calling us before the start of class.

These terms and conditions may be adjusted at any time.
