Membership Terms, Conditions, and Policies
MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships are set up to be auto-renewing. Your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.
There will be a $10 late fee if payment is not received within 7 days of the membership autopay. There will be an additional $5 late fee every 7 days after the first late fee until the payment is made in full on the original unpaid autopay.
Memberships may not be shared between family members or friends, may not be transferred to other people or other locations, and may not be resold.
After completion of initial contract duration (3, 6, or 12 month), memberships continue thereafter on a M2M (month-to-month) basis.
M2M memberships can be downgraded with notice prior to the next Auto-Pay schedule (generally, either the 1st or the 15th). A new contract must be completed and signed.
M2M contracts may be upgraded at any time.

Members with M2M contracts can be suspended indefinitely. It will require termination of membership to avoid monthly charges.

RESERVATIONS/CAPACITY/WAITLIST
Reserving a space in class is not required but is strongly encouraged as classes have a maximum capacity to ensure specific class sizes. See the online schedule for class sizes.
If you are unable to attend or reserve a class due to the class being full, you may be able to go on the waitlist. Waitlist students can attend class if a reservation is cancelled or reserved students fail to show up to class by the end of warm-ups. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in class.
A member may reserve a class through our website, the MindBody Online app, or via phone. If you leave a message via phone please include the name of the student, the class and time you wish to reserve, and the day.
If a member has reserved a class and then does not show (late cancel) then the class will still count as used for that week. You can remove your reservations online or by calling us before the start of class.
These terms and conditions may be adjusted at any time.
