Membership Terms & Policies

Membership Billing

  • All memberships are auto-renewing and billed monthly to the card on file until canceled.

  • A $10 late fee may be applied if payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date.

  • An additional $5 late fee every 3 days may be added until the balance is paid in full.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are non-shareable between family members or friends.

  • Memberships may be transferred to another person only if the original contract terms remain unchanged.

  • After completing the initial 3, 6, or 12-month contract, memberships continue to bill on a month-to-month basis.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Changes to memberships take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • If still under contract, downgrades require a new agreement matching the original contract length (3, 6, or 12 months).

Suspensions & Holds

  • Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month at no charge.

  • Additional hold time may incur a $20/month suspension fee.

  • Summer holds (June–September) may be allowed for up to 3 months at no charge.

Cancellations & Terminations

  • If under contract, cancellation requires written notice via:

  • Memberships remain active through the end of the current billing period.

  • Backdated cancellations are not allowed.

Early Termination Fees:

  • 3-month contract: $50

  • 6-month contract: $75

  • 12-month contract: $150

Reservations, Capacity & Waitlists

  • Memberships do not guarantee a class spot.

  • Reservations are strongly encouraged, as classes have limited capacity.

Waitlists:

  • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

  • Waitlisted students may join if:

    • A spot opens from a cancellation, or

    • A reserved student does not arrive by the end of warm-ups

  • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.

Class Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You may cancel a reservation up to 60 minutes before class.

  • If canceled in time, the class credit will be returned to your account.

  • If you late cancel or do not show, the class will still be counted as used for that week.
