How do I view or cancel my reservation?

From our website schedule, click "my account" on the upper right side. Click the "schedule" tab on the left. You may cancel any classes you are reserve for.

From the Mindbody site (or "extended schedule"), sign-in and click the "my info" tab. From there click the "my schedule" button. You may cancel any classes you are reserve for.

Please note: You cannot view or cancel a class reservation for someone else's account. To cancel someone else's reservation, please call or email.

How do I reserve for 2 or more children?

You will need to use our Multi-Student Regsitration links found on our registration pages. They may be referred to as "Extended Schedule"

Extra Tips:
Do not use the Mindbody App (their app only allows for 1 person sign-ups). Instead use their desktop site.
Create your account as the 1st child. Reserve for the class or series.
When you go to reserve again, it will give you an option to reserve for "someone else". Use this to make the 2nd reservation.

If you regularly make a reservation for someone else, consider adding a "relationship" in your "My Info" tab. By adding relationship "Pays for" will add a button with the name of the second account being paid for during class sign-up. Should save you a few moments from having to re-type the name each time.

How do I manage 2 or more accounts?

Each log-in username and password will only manage 1 account. Using the "Extended Schedule" (a separate website with robust account and management options) will allow you to reserve for others. Most parents tend to use this route, but it will limit your ability to view your reservations and cancel classes for the other person.

You may use the same email address with different passwords for each account. We suggest creating the same password with the student name added to the end.

Example: There are two students - Adam and Jack. Parent uses the same email for both. If the parent would normally use the password "abcd", then the passwords would be "abcd-Adam" and "abcd-Jack".

I signed myself up instead of my child. What do I do?

No worries! You can either log-in to your profile and change the name, or just let us know upon arrival. We'll change it for you!

I have a membership or package and cannot make a reservation.

Memberships are only active 1 month at a time with billing dates generally on the 1st or 15th. You cannot reserve online until your billing has been processed. If you need to reserve past your following month, please call or email.

Alternatively, a membership or package is account specific. You most likely have logged into an account that does not have the membership/package. Contact us to find out which account is correct to log into.

I do not have a login or password.

If you've never been here before, create an account when you start to reserve a class or series. Create the account for the student participating.

If you have an existing account with us, try viewing our Multi-Student Regsitration links found on our registration pages. They may be referred to as "Extended Schedule".

Create an account with the email associated with the current account. It should give you the option to attach a login with the current account.

If that does not work, please contact us. We will create a login for you.

How do I use account credit?

If you have account credit and are trying to make an online purchase, you will need to use our "extended schedule" or "multi-student registration" links to make the purchase. This will take you to the scheduling software website we use. Please see our instructions by clicking here..
