Mindbody has updated their login infrastructure. Before, you could create accounts with an individual gym (like ours!) and not have an actual Mindbody (app) account.

Mindbody is now requiring all to get a Mindbody account.

The new account will have a FAMILY ACCOUNT feature, so you can add other family members and manage their accounts from one login.

Basic Steps

Sign-in using your previous account credentials.
Mindbody will ask you to create a new account.
Create the account using the same ACCOUNT NAME [child] & EMAIL address.

This should work to sync your old account to your new account.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues:

Child account did not sync to existing account information.
Infinite Account Creation Loops.
Any troubles on the website “Schedule” Pages.

We can help you fix and sync the accounts a bit manually. Just a few additional steps for you to complete.

Step 1: Use the "My Account" link from the menu to get to the Mindbody desktop website.



Step 2: It might prompt you to fill out a new profile for Family Members. This is intended. Look at the top right to see what names are on the shared account (you can add as many family members as you'd like from). Example image below shows Jevin’s account with a "family member".

Step 3: Make sure you’ve selected your CHILD’S profile. Click "classes" and sign-up for the Sunday 8:30PM class. It is a “free class” to let us see account behavior and information. We can then finalize sycning of accounts.

Once signed up for that "Fix-It Class", send us an email and we will finalize the sycning process.
