Addition Party Details

The base price of our parties cover a certain number of participants.

Our capacity may change depending on your age group or activity request.

We have a soft cap of a max +4. If you would like more, please ask us first.

The deposit will be applied to the total event price.

To cancel you must give at least 2 weeks notice in order to receive the deposit back as account credit or reschedule.

Extra participants are factored at the end of the party. You only pay for whomever attends.

Spectators are not charged.

There may be additional fees applied to your party. In our experience this may only happens about once a year, so please be wonderful and not incur an additional fee.

·        Early Arrival Fee (+$30): We’re excited to have you and your guests visit our facility and throw on an awesome party for you! Please be aware that you have an early-arrival window in which you may arrive before your party start time. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled window, you will be charged an additional fee.

Note: guests may not go into the main facility floor until the scheduled party time.

·        Late Departure Fee (+$30 / 10 min): Your party has a 15 minute grace period after the party end time for pack-up and exit. After this time, we may be preparing for additional parties or the closure of our facility. If your party lingers without permission from our staff, we may charge you an additional $30 fee after passing the grace period and an additional $30 every additional 10 minutes thereafter.

·        Glitter Clean-up Fee ($20-$75): We do not allow glitter or other type of small, messy decorations that get on the floor. If you use this kind of decoration without permission from our staff, we may charge you an additional clean-up fee. Price is dependent on how much time we estimate it takes to clean up the glitter.

·        Biohazard Cleanup Fee ($40): Sometimes kids make a mess. We got the basics of that covered (such as spilled food and drink). Occasionally a kid has an accident and misses the toilet. In the case where we have to cleanup biohazardous waste (such as feces or vomit) an additional cleanup fee will be incurred.

All participants need waivers signed by their parent / legal guardian. You may not sign on their behalf.
